When you submit your Technical Support request, our system will automatically create an entry in our database. You will be emailed a case number for tracking purposes, please quote this case number on all future contact. After an initial assessment by our support team, the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer for resolution and a reply will be sent to you by email or we will call you. To ensure quick support it is imperative we get accurate information from you . Please bear with us in that for now we can only accept issues written in English. We periodically update our FAQ page.
